Life is a creation, not a discovery.
You do not live each day to discover what it holds for you, you create it. You are creating your reality every minute, probably without even knowing it. This is what you are doing and how to create your own reality.
1. You need to recognize you have been created in the image and likeness of God.
2. God is the creator.
3. You consist of three beings in one. You can call them whatever you like; Father, Son and Holy Ghost; Mind, Body, and Spirit; Super Conscious, Conscious, and Subconscious.
4. Creation takes part on all three levels; you create on all three levels. The tools you use for creation are: thought, word, and deed.
5. All creation begins with thought ("Proceeds from the Father"). All creation then moves to word ("Ask and you shall receive"). Then all creation is fulfilled with deed ("And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us").
6. That which you think of, but therefore never speak of, creates at one level. That which you think and speak creates at another level and that which you think, speak, and do becomes made manifest in your reality.
7. To think, speak and do something which you do not truly believe is impossible. Therefore, the process of creation must include belief, certainty, or a knowing. This is absolute faith, beyond hoping ("By your faith shall ye be healed"). The doing part of creation must always include a knowing a belief. You want absolute clarity, a total certainty.
8. This place of knowing is a place of intense and incredible gratitude. It is thankfulness in advance. This is perhaps the biggest key to creation; to be grateful before, and for, the creation. It is the sign of mastery. All masters know in advance that the deed has been done.
9. Celebrate and enjoy all that you create, and have created. To reject any part of it is to reject a part of yourself. Whatever it is that is now presenting itself as part of your creation, own it, claim it, bless it, be thankful for it.
10. If there is some aspect of creation you find you do not enjoy, bless it and simply change it. Choose again, call forth a new reality. Think a new thought, say a new word, Do a new thing.

Why Using Affirmations May Not Raise Your Vibration
An affirmation is a statement spoken in the present tense to declare a desire. "I have a slim and slender body" is an example of a positive affirmation.
Each time you read your affirmation, you will have a reaction based on how the words make you feel. If you have been studying the law of attraction you will remember that the law of attraction responses too your vibrations or feelings you are sending out, not the words you are necessary saying. If for example you tell your self that you have a slim and slender body and you do not, or having a slim and slender body feels unattainable then you will create and send out those vibrations and feelings and the law of attraction will respond accordingly. You'll send out a vibration of doubt (a negative vibration) which the law of attraction will respond to by giving you more of the same, even if it's unwanted.
When you state something that is not true for you, you are offering a negative vibration because the statement activates doubt with in you.
The key to using affirmations is that they must be true for you in order for you to feel good about the affirmation. Here is how you reword an affirmation so it is always true for you creating good vibrations and feelings and putting real power behind them.
Most people are taught to say affirmations in current tense, however that is not always a true statement which as we have said can create a negative vibration. I am suggesting and prefer to state my own in the process stage. You see the TRUE is you are in the process, when you say "I am in the process of...." that sentence becomes true, and if it is true for you, it feels good, which will give out a positive vibration.
Here are some examples of using the "I'm in the process of..." affirmations:
I'm in the process of creating my ideal family relationships
I'm in the process of enjoying my body more and more
I'm in the process of earning $10000 per month
I'm in the process of having perfect health
I'm in the process of attracting my ideal mate

Wink and Grow Rich
The most easiest way to retrain your mind to see and feel abundant thought and vibrations than lacking thought and vibrations is to have what I call an Abundance of Gratefulness Journal. It is a really simple process and if acted upon will provide astonishing results.
Get your self a nice note pad, dairy, leather bound book, something that will last and is convenient for you. Ideally you want to write in it twice a day morning and night, however once a day is fine. You want to make this apart of our daily routine like brushing your teeth so select a time you know you will commit to, it only takes around ten minutes.
What you are going to write in you Journal is all the things you are grateful for and that you noticed was in abundance that day. When I first started doing this I found it quite difficult. I started with the free glass of water I got sitting with a friend in a café, the 2 for 1 coupon I got to hire some DVD.
As you see more you will get more. I found what ever goals you have set for yourself you notice the abundance associated with them and it helps embed it in to your sub conscience that you are moving towards that goal. While you are writing you want to send out the vibration of abundance feel the feelings of what you are writing that is where the real magic is.
If you follow though if this exercise I promise the changes you will witness in your life will astound you. When I was taught this trick to master this skill of seeing abundantly money was a big issue or should I say small issue as I had none. When I mentioned the glass of water it was a shift in my thinking.
Here I was meeting up with my friend and I didn't have enough money to buy a coffee so asked for water. This is where the shift is. I entered that café thinking I don't have money, I am so embarrassed, and I need to make my last $5.60 last the rest of the week. And I walked out thinking there is abundance everywhere you just need to look. I still had no money however I wasn't coming from a place of lack; I was viewing the world the way it really is abundantly.
As you notice more abundance even in the smallest of things your view of the world will change and you will receive abundance. Now remember you can't just do this once off you need to make it apart of your daily routine. Not following though consistently over a long time is the cause of 99% of all failures. You have gotten so good at getting the results you get because you have be training your self for your whole life. Now it's time to get the results you want and retrain your brain for abundance.
